This shape of hand painted, glazed, ceramic planter is known in Mexico as a Violetera. Its attractive shape and colours make it a perfect feature for a windowsill and it is ideal as a plant pot cover having only slightly tapered sides. The Cafe Combinada Violetera features two flowers, the sunflower and the lily. (Girasol & Alcatraz). The light coffee coloured background is a perfect backdrop for the design which incorporates the warm colour of the sunflower matched by the simple beauty of the white lily. Delicate green leaves and small white flowers add to the appeal of the design which has a red and green rim and glazed finish.
Can be used as a cover for an existing plant pot (recommended) or for direct planting.
