This shape of hand painted, glazed, ceramic planter is known in Mexico as a Cubeta, and resembles the shape of the traditional English plant pot. The Cafe Girasol Cubeta is named after the sunflower which is known in Mexico as Girasol. The light coffee coloured background is a perfect backdrop for this cheerful design which gives a feeling of warmth and sunshine. The orange sunflower is complimented by small simple white flowers and green leaves, and the Cubeta has red and green rim and a glazed finish. This well proportioned pot will accommodate a large plant and provides a colourful addition to traditional or contemporary decor
