The Alonso Luis Talavera hand painted ceramic deep round serving dish shown here in the Minimalistica design is known in Mexico as an Ensaladera, and as the name might suggest is used primarily for salads.This wheel spun bowl would however equally well accommodate potatoes, vegetables or rice and is a very practical deep serving dish. The simple elegant lines of this dish are accentuated by the addition of the Minimalistica motif and a deep blue rim outlines the top of the bowl beautifully.
